Since our inception in 2020, Top Tier Captioning has provided high-quality closed captioning services for the deaf and hard of hearing community. As the business grew, we integrated transcription services and onboarded licensed court reporters.
The business was founded by Joseph Lang and Tia Ely. Joseph holds degrees in both criminal justice and business administration, and is a registered CART (Communications Access Realtime Translation) provider, demonstrating a unique blend of expertise in legal matters and business operations, along with a commitment to accessibility and communication.
Tia Ely has a bachelor degree in Business and is a licensed court reporter in Nevada, Oregon, Utah and Washington State.
